Very good mentors, the ones I have dealt with are all incredibly down to earth and are joining in on having yarns but also giving us the chance to advance our skills and challenging our learning by trusting us with harder jobs

Managers are accessible, generally always in the o?ce and check up on you often and give good advice and tips.

My managers are good mentors who are easily assessable. There is a large emphasis on Internal communication with weekly catchups.

My manager is very open to any questions I have for her, and points me in the right direction if I am looking for more in depth knowledge. She is very knowledgeable herself and is someone I can look up to being like in the future.

My managers are really great - both of them are easily approachable, always available, and willing to help.

The mentors and management are good at BDO as they are accessible when you need them. However, I believe you can fly under the radar a little too much so it's important to take initiative for your own career growth.

Managers at BDO, at least in the Corporate Finance team, are all extremely easy to approach and helpful when it comes to tasks.

Performance manager is approachable, always asking if I need help.

Some managers are super friendly and willing to explain. There isn't so much mentoring here and there are periods of time where little feedback is given

The majority of managers are excellent to work with and for, there are specific managers that have a differing attitude and this can be difficult to deal with as they are not always approachable or available

On a whole managers are good role models and are willing to help. Sometimes they're too busy to progress work so there is a bottleneck

Most of them are pretty nice!
