Q&A
Applicants for positions in all departments will be asked to complete questions related to the role and Bloomberg.
Assessment
Applicants for the Financial Products Analytics & Sales, Global Data, and Customer Support positions will be asked to complete an online assessment as part of the application process. The assessment will take approximately 25 minutes and will measure a variety of qualities such as the cognitive ability.
Pre-Recorded Video Interview
For many roles, you will be asked to complete a pre-recorded video interview where you’ll have the opportunity to express your unique personality and interests through this flexible and convenient format.
We recommend you find a quiet place with access to a computer and WiFi for 10-15 minutes. You will be asked to record your answers to a series of questions about the role, your experience, and Bloomberg. If the role you’re applying for has a language requirement, you may be required to answer questions in that language and in English.
Phone Interview
You may also have a phone interview with a recruiter. On the call, we will review your qualifications, such as your language proficiency, and answer any questions you have.
Assessment Day / Super Day
Assessment Days/Super Days are hosted at a Bloomberg office, typically at the location of the role you have applied for. They give you a firsthand experience of our Bloomberg work environment and culture and enable you to see yourself here.
