- They have achieved Rainbow Tick certification, authenticating Buddle Findlay as a safe, welcoming and inclusive place for people of diverse gender identity and sexual orientation
- Pronouns – They are committed to creating a safe and inclusive space for all regardless of their gender, gender expression or sex characteristics. Part of that is ensuring their people can use the pronouns that are accurate for them, and have these pronouns reflected back to them by their colleagues. They have these displayed in their email signatures.
- Their people participated in Sweat with Pride, raising $10,255 in support of the Burnett Foundation Aotearoa (formerly the New Zealand AIDS foundation) to make a difference to improve the mental and physical health of Aotearoa’s Rainbow communities
- Engaging with other legal organisations to discover ways in which they can better support our LGBTQI+ communities
- Have hosted a number of Rainbow inclusivity trainings internally with Rainbow Tick
