Cyber – Sydney, Melbourne & Perth

Our 18 month Cyber program offers you two to three rotations. You’ll gain exposure to Security Engineering, Cyber Governance, Fraud Technology and Cyber Defence Operations amongst the many functions of our Group Security teams. 

After the program, you can land a role as a Penetration Tester, Cyber Compliance Consultant or Security Engineer. 

Engineering – Sydney, Melbourne & Perth

Our 18 month Engineering program offers you two to three rotations. You'll gain exposure in Data (Machine Learning/Artificial Intelligence), Software Engineering (Web/Mobile/Fullstack), Site Reliability (SRE) and Security.

You’ll form part of the engine room behind Australia’s number one banking app, the Australian-first Cardless Cash, Spend Tracker, Benefits Finder and Step Pay. 

After the program you could land a role as a Software, DevOps or System Engineer.

Bankwest TechnologyPerth 

Our 24 month Technology Graduate Program gives you the opportunity to rotate across different teams that are tailored to your personal career goals and maximise your opportunity for growth. You’ll work on everything from Mobile, Cloud, Automation, Analytics, Data Science, Virtualisation, to API-Enabled Systems. 

When you finish the program, we'll work with you to understand your career goals and determine your strengths to position you in a role that best suits you and the business.
