About the Graduate Program

The Graduate Program is the perfect way to transition from university to your career. Over two years, you will rotate through our business functions and operations, learning as you go from our leaders and mentors, and given real responsibility and opportunity to maximise your potential.

You will have a dedicated support structure including a Senior Leadership Director to ensure you get value and experience while you move throughout the business. You will also have a mentor plus the opportunity to network with your fellow graduate cohort, and the wider business throughout the program.

You will also have access to our world-class leadership development programmes, with the opportunity to hone your facilitation skills. Not to mention being able to visit our sites in both Australia and Christchurch in your second year!

Recruitment Process

At each stage of the recruitment process, you have the opportunity to show us a little bit more about yourself. 

Apply online

To apply, select the link within our job advert as this will take you to our recruitment site.  You will need to upload:

  • A cover letter
  • Your CV
  • Your academic transcript (we know this won’t be your official one, so just send what you can)

ALL applicants will be reviewed.

Video Interview

After submitting your online application, we’ll carefully review your submission. If we shortlist you, our team will be in touch and you will be invited to conduct a video interview where you will have the opportunity to answer a few questions so we can find out if you’ll be a good fit. We know video interviews can be nerve-wracking. Remember that we just want to know more about what makes you, you.

Panel Interview

Once videos are completed, we will review and invite our shortlisted candidates into our offices for a panel interview where you will have the chance to present to the Senior Leadership Team. You will be provided with a full brief in advance so you can prepare accordingly. This is a great opportunity to meet our Senior Leadership Team and to share your thoughts and ideas.

Employment Offers

We will let you know as soon as a decision is made. If you’re offered a job, we will conduct reference and background checks and then send you a formal offer. Once the celebrations are over and the offer is accepted, a background check will be completed prior to you starting with us.

  • It's a large company with a lot of things always on the go. I like how there is a variety of work that is done that I'm able to get exposed to as a graduate. I also like how there are many well-established processes and guidelines that help guide the company and its employees. The majority of staff are friendly and approachable.
