I think our company is very diverse and that this is not a problem in the office.

I'm not too sure on what I can rank on this but besides having parental leave policies (not for graduate though) and some commitment to showcasing woman in the geospatial industry, there isn't much on this space.

Currently, the majority of the employees are male and the majority are pakeha. Many of the recent hires have been women. There are three female managers. When hiring Eagle does not discriminate based on race, gender, or sexuality - many of the younger employees fall into minority groups.

Could always be better but there is a nice mix of cultures and diversity that comes through the various offices.

I was going to put a 5/10 for neturality as I am unsure on recruitment practices behind the scenes - though I give a 7/10 because I believe the management and staff would be considerate in terms of diversity. It is a hard question to answer, though I feel the culture at our company is welcoming.

Definitely do respect women, but no idea about other options.

What does your company do to attract applicants from less privileged backgrounds?
My experience of attracting applicants has been through university contacts, and seeing ads placed in places like Seek. I'm unsure what strategies the company uses to attract applicants in other scenarios.
