You are given a lot of trust, and you are treated like an adult. You are expected to complete your hours, but Frequency is very flexible on start/finish times which makes life easy when needing to go to appointments etc.

40 hours is the minimum, but as many to complete your job is required. In my first 6 weeks I have been doing 40-43 hours per week.

The company is very flexible with hours. You have the freedom to go to appointments outside of lunch time and will have no questions asked. As long as the 40 hours is completed at the end of the week, and all urgent (project/work) actions are complete, there are no issues.

For my purposes, the company is really good with its flexible hours. There are days when I need to leave earlier and I can do that (as long as I make the time up in other ways). I really enjoy that about Frequency.

From what I have seen so far, the company seems to be flexible with work hours. As long as the hours are getting done, they don't seem to mind when you start or finish.

As long as you get 40 billable hours in a week you basically have the freedom to do what you like. The challenge is sticking to 40 hours and not going too far over. You don't get paid for any extra work you do over the 40 hours, but there is an expectation that you stay late if required. It is a skill learning to balance this. At the start you probably will work a few extra hours every week as you learn to manage your time.

The company is flexible on when you come in whether it be early or a bit later, if you come in early then you can leave earlier. This will have to be adjusted based on meetings etc.
