Please describe your company's culture both in the office and after hours. Let us know about the structure and hierarchy, cooperation and teamwork, and socialising amongst colleagues.
It is awesome to work with people from various country. We all respect each other throughout off-line and on-line.

Really good work culture, both between the office and the yard. There is a department manager, managers, project engineers, site engineers and then grad engineers. It does not feel as if there is a hierarchy amongst others and everyone is always willing to help out.

No blame culture, light atmosphere, one team one dream culture, chill

Everyone is treated with great respect, almost all staff are present not just to tick off the 8 hours in the day but are there to make their mark. The structure and hierarchy are there to ensure correct delegations and segregation of duties but they do not come into play with how senior members of staff act or treat others. There is a good level of office socialisation where it is not distracting but also you are able to get to know others.

I guess the working culture is well structured as I have not seen any conflict between us. we have argument but it always constructive one.

Between the project managers, project engineers, supervisors it is quite good, everyone's usually friendly towards each other.

Fulton Hogan has a great culture where I believe the company truly cares about its employees and wants to empower its people to be the best they can be.

During office hours - collaborative, open door policy, no offices - everyone is easily accessible, hot desking so people move around in the office and get to meet/sit with new people every day After office hours - able to reach out to managers if needed, strict policy around no working after hours for better work-life balance - only working after hours when needed, every so often there will be a social hangout or team bonding time Structure and hierarchy - flat i.e., if you want you can directly go speak to the CEO. You don't have to follow a hierarchy to be able to talk to someone regardless of how superior they are. I find this refreshing Cooperation and teamwork - everyone is always willing and ready to step up and help out if needed Socialising - strong team banter

The structure often results in communication breakdowns. Lots of different channels of communication and sometimes it ends up being a bad game of Chinese whispers. I do like that it gives people the ability to have leadership and management experience though. There is a big focus on making sure we are providing people with enough opportunities to get where they want to in their careers which I think is great. My team is a small team, with lots of different personalities so I think at times it can be challenging and we end up working quite independently. I think sometimes this company forgets that even with all the departments operating as separate business units, at the end of the day we are one company

Relaxed. Friendly. I enjoy it here.

During office hours the current people I work with are very supportive and helpful. Sometimes personalities clash and you can hear negative comments about other people at times. Not much socialising outside of the office hours nor social clubs in the areas I have been in so far

The structure and culture at FH is fantastic, and being a grad engineer gives a great opportunity to day walk between the office and the site staff.

Culture is good. Structure is easy to follow and I can escalate problem easy if required. People in the office are friendly and easy to socialise with.

Both during and after hours the team culture is friendly, inclusive and casual. Responsibility is shared fairly.

Company culture could improve, the guys on the ground and in the office would love to do some team building exercises but it is consistently said their is no budget for this and we have to largely fund most activities we want to do including our office Christmas activity last year, site BBQs etc. Often when someone leaves the company there isn't a celebration of the work they have done. I enjoy the culture in the site teams, but the office culture can come across a little stand offish and not welcoming at first, I mostly enjoy it now, I've been here for a bit.
