I get to perform regular monthly tasks mixed in with ad-hoc projects which are self regulated and feel satisfying to complete

my role is basically aggregate technician and doing the test. we have toolbox meeting daily first in the morning to decide daily role.

Basically doing Site engineering, pretty comfortable with looking after 3 crews at a time. Taking QA and updating to M-Files under an ITP, organising works to happen, writing method statements for works (completing full job packs), updating the daily diary with all the works that commenced that day, procurement of materials for jobs coming up, taking asbuilts on the GPS whenever it is needed. Just to name a few.

Mostly management accountant duties such as monthly P&L reviews, forecasting, budgeting, preparing reports, reconciliations and any other administrative tasks that may need done

Being a grad, my role and responsibilities can vary.

Tax (tax packs – basic understanding, FBT etc.,) 11. Systems used (JDE, Biztrack, Finsight, Salesforce, Activate, Asset analysis dashboard, K2, Report centre, EDP finance)

Work is challenging and every day I learn more. I have definitely grown a lot in the last couple of years, both in my technical capability and also in the softer skills. Sometimes it can be hard to see the value in what I do and I feel there are more efficient and practical ways of doing some of the things we do

Graduate accountant tasks. Claim, accounts payable. Fleet management. sales invoice. retention rec. annual leave rec. recharges....

Graduate Engineer. On site QA, material purchasing and tracking, crew relations, on site problem solving and financial tracking and report writing.

Site engineer for earthworks and landscaping crews for 5km of new road construction.

Looking after quality control and submission. Booking and procuring materials and resources to complete the job. Overall I enjoy the tasks I need to look after and the degree of freedom I have to undertake them how I see fit.

I enjoy my day to day responsibilities.

I am a graduate engineer and my role is sort of site engineer. Go on site and make sure everything is going according to the plan, help senior engineers, make site daily notes. interact with designers and solve issues.

Recently worked for P2D 1B1, covering Retaining Wall assisting senior QS's. During the project I was doing measures based on the drawings into an SOQ sheet, informed Subcontractors that a package has been sent for pricing, worked on adjudicating prices provided by subcontractor.

Job Responsibilities: 1) Data Control on RAMM 2) Programming Jobs for Pre-Reseal and Heavy Maintenance 3) Helping out Cyclic Crews for task completion 4) Assisting Quality Manger on monthly calming for maintenance jobs 5) Overseeing Maintenance works 6) Inspections - Structural Assets and Road 7) Quality Control - Gathering on site measurements of completed jobs and updating the data into the dispatch to make it ready for presenting the claims

Site engineer responsibilities. Assisting PM and PEs with the day to day operations, ensure work is completed in compliance with specs, PCP, WI. Ensure site crews and subbies have work programmed daily, weekly. Monitored productivity, do cost control, subbie claims etc.

I generally enjoy the work that I am given. It is challenging and stimulating, I enjoy been given tasks that involve responsibility and organisation. I enjoy being able to have time in the field as well as taking on administrative duties.
