my role is basically aggregate technician and doing the test. we have toolbox meeting daily first in the morning to decide daily role.

Basically doing Site engineering, pretty comfortable with looking after 3 crews at a time. Taking QA and updating to M-Files under an ITP, organising works to happen, writing method statements for works (completing full job packs), updating the daily diary with all the works that commenced that day, procurement of materials for jobs coming up, taking asbuilts on the GPS whenever it is needed. Just to name a few.
