Ensuring our Rainbow community feels welcomed and supported is very important to us here at Habit Health. We believe in equitable access to quality healthcare, enabling everyone to live their best life. We're proud of our diverse team of experts across New Zealand that help to make this happen.

The world has finally come a long way in recognising the importance of diversity and inclusion with regards to the LGBTQIA+ community. That is why we, too, are forever learning how to best provide a supportive and caring environment for our rainbow community.

To be able to do this, we know we can’t stop with a one-off initiative; our commitment requires active listening and feedback, so we’ve established a Rainbow Committee as our platform to actively engage a LGBTQIA+ lens. This committee has the ability to safely voice and provide feedback on how we work, helping us educate and influence LGBTQIA+ inclusivity wherever possible.

LGBTQIA+ inclusivity is primarily driven by our own staff, partnering with Rainbow Tick to support us through this journey.
