Māhutonga is IR’s strategic approach to weaving te Tiriti o Waitangi and Māori practices into IR by upholding the principles of active partnership, protection, and participation. We have a range of programmes to support the uplift such as our Māori language plan, our capability programme and our Māori customer strategy.
