Pros & Cons
Very welcoming and warm environment. Employees are respectful, cheerful and always willing to help. Work arrangements are flexible and there are a lot of staff perks
The team is absolutely amazing. They're so friendly and have been extremely supportive. They've created an environment where I feel able to voice my opinions and take initiative when making development decisions.
The best thing about working here is the amount of experience and exposure I am getting in my field, as this is my first job in this area.
I prefer going in to the office, but it can sometimes be very empty with people working from home.
Currently the steep learning curve, though I'm sure that'll flatten out soon once I jump into projects.
The free breakfast is not very good.

There is a clear process for being promoted. They have a document with the skills you need to be able to move up the ranks so you can read that and make sure you work on certain areas.
While I've been here we've collected food to help support those affected by the flooding and cyclones. They've also supported the employees by ensuring that we have clear information on where we can get support if needed.
My team have been absolutely fantastic. They're always available if I need help and regularly check in with me to make sure I'm doing okay with what I am working on and even just to generally see how I'm going.
Smart casual dress code, free parking if you can get there in time, multiple kitchens, table spreads, cereals, coffee, tea, vending machines, board games, pool table, Play Station, etc.
I filled out an online application form, then was invited to do an online coding test, then invited to a graduate assessment centre which was a day onsite where we had speed interviews and met other grads. After this we could match with the team we liked and I did another longer interview with my matching team.
I have done some online courses on company policies and security and I also had a checklist so I could easily go through the onboarding process. It was a lot more training than I got on previous jobs although those jobs were in hospitality/retail so it's a bit different. There was still a lot I had to learn while working but the team have always been happy to show me how things work.
