Gender Equality at RCP
We are committed to supporting and fostering women in our organisation and to supporting the growth of future generations of women in our industry.
RCP supports an internal women's network and provides development and progression pathways to senior and executive leadership roles.
We work with organisations like the NAWIC, WIN and Global Women to provide our women with networks and communities outside of RCP and to ensure that we have the right support to achieve our gender equality aspirations.
We are proud to have a strong gender balance across our technical team of project managers and positive growth within our senior leadership levels.
