Recruitment Process

If you're interested in a career with Reckitt, a great first step is our 10-week Commercial (Sales, eCommerce & Marketing) Internship which has the potential to fast-track you to onto graduate program. Final or penultimate year students across all disciplines are encouraged to apply.

Our recruitment process follows the below steps:

  1. Online Application 
  2. Virtual Testing - these tests are designed to assess your cognitive, emotional and personality traits
  3. Video Interview - this involves recording yourself to answer some questions about you and why you want to be part of the Reckitt team
  4. Phone Interview - this allows us to meet you one-on-one to get a feel for who you are at a more personal level
  5. Assessment Centre - this is the final stage and includes interview and a group case study exercise to see how you apply yourself to a real-life example of work at Reckitt
  6. Offer of employment

Remuneration & Career Growth

A competitive bonus scheme is also in place from day one, should you secure a Graduate position post internship.

Reckitt's Commercial Graduates typically work in the role of National Account Executive (Sales/eCommerce) or Assistant Brand Manager (Marketing) roles which have real responsibility from day one and fantastic exposure across the department, cross functionally and the regional leadership team. This allows you to gain invaluable experience and connections to support your career growth.
