Phone Interview
After your application is shortlisted, you’ll be contacted to complete phone interview with one of our recruitment team.
Interview
Our interview process will change depending on the program you have applied for, but typically an interview process will consist of two stages; interview with a hiring manager – someone who is directly involved with the role or team you’re looking to join, followed by an interview with a senior leadership team member of your future department!
Reference Checks & Offer
At Reece, all employees are required to undergo a criminal history and background check, as well as reference checking prior to receiving an offer.
If you're successful throughout the interview process, you will receive feedback from us within 48 hours of your final interview where we will collect and complete your reference checks.
