Pros & Cons

  • I absolutely love the company culture at Ryman Healthcare. The company really care about it's staff and residents alike. Everyday we are treated with nothing short of kindness and care, making coming to work everyday extremely enjoyable. There are also a number of learning and development opportunities which are available and senior leaders who are willing to take the time out of their day to cultivate team growth. I love the interaction between departments and how easy it is to communicate with the broader Ryman team.
  • So far the workload has been quite demanding although manageable

There is a great sense of togetherness at Ryman. I have built some great friendships during my time at Ryman and have gone on plenty of social lunches with my colleagues. I'm looking forward to connecting with more people across the company when the social club resumes. I've heard they offer great social activities to meet lots of new people.

Recruitment
The recruitment team at Ryman were excellent in communicating what the next step was going to be! The interview process was in-depth but gave you the opportunity to express yourself, what you were passionate about and how you could fit in the Ryman family. Lots of questions related to the company's core characteristics and how you relate. My advice is to give it a go! You'll always miss out on 100% of the opportunities you don't take. Ryman has something for everyone and the graduate programme is the best way to find out what fits you!
