I've heard about things like sponsoring a family at Xmas etc. I guess for myself, working on the PPE for villages counts as it directly keeps the community safe.

I am excited to become more involved in this space as time goes on. I have put my hand up to assist in the to be established green group and am interested in how this can assist Ryman to become more environmentally friendly. When I was working in a village my manager and I had many discussions on the waste management systems in place and how we can enhance the waste management processes within the village

Ryman's commitment to partnering with charities is massive. I have been really impressed how they select a new one each year and match the funds raised by staff and residents. They are also currently looking to be more environmentally friendly.
