You are able to contact anyone in the company via Chattr, so it's really easy to reach out for help or ask any questions - everyone is very willing to help out! We have a weekly meeting with the whole design team to chat and play a quick game, my manager always joins in and is easy to talk to.

Culture is excellent, so much support, kindness, accommodation and training, I don't think it could get much better. Teamwork and cooperation is strong. Socialising was pretty good until Covid kicked us out the office.

The culture is great and very strong. There are social events that are always happening (COVID permitting) and every Friday after work there are drinks and pizza which is a good opportunity to catch up with people that aren't in your team.

There is a great sense of togetherness at Ryman. I have built some great friendships during my time at Ryman and have gone on plenty of social lunches with my colleagues. I'm looking forward to connecting with more people across the company when the social club resumes. I've heard they offer great social activities to meet lots of new people.

Ryman has a strong culture of caring. All the teams that I have been a part of have sought to create their own culture by making work fun. From regular catch-ups over coffee, competing in quizzes to pizza and drinks every Friday. Even during the uncertainty of Covid, I have found that teams I have been in still make an effort to have fun and check-in with one another despite the challenges they face.
