What Graduates Say About Them
  • Future job prospects - the company has lots of offices across the country and overseas. It's very common for people to move to different offices overseas. The office itself is new and you get free insurance so that's a bonus.
  • Work flexibility, working from home and in the office. The variety of different projects makes each day different.
  • The people! They are very nice and super easy to get along with. It makes for a really good working environment. The company itself is really big and has lots of good career progression opportunities. It is very common for people to move to offices overseas or across the country and the company helps with that transition.
  • Good mentors to guide and help.
  • The graduate program is very structured and set out to show what skills/knowledge I'd need to develop my career in my chosen profession.
  • Work can be inconsistent.
  • Because the company is so big and international, there can be lots of hoops to jump in order to get something done. Something like getting software installed can be made out to be more complex than it needs to be.
  • I have noticed that there is an uneven split of male-female (with more male).
  • Strict approval for employee software, hardware such as company phones, mobile plans, adobe acrobat pro etc.
  • Starting as an intern and transitioning into a graduate, I found the experience a little unorganised. There was not consistent work for me to keep busy and there was a few technical issues setting up my laptop.
