The company culture is incredibly friendly, it feels like one big family that everyone embraces. Annual nationwide gatherings further add to the family feel of the company.

There are company policies in place for maternity leave and company diversity. There is a good percentage of women in upper management, and the total workplace is evenly split between women and men.

At the moment I have my own workstreams and projects but as a graduate I also get to support my colleagues on larger projects and gain experience in a wide variety of work.

I am very satisfied with my managers, both people manager and work manager. Communication is transparent and open, and there is no hierarchy.

Went to Wellington for a full day in the office with other interviewees. Included a team exercise, individual writing exercise, and individual interview. We were very well taken care of, and I was impressed by how friendly and open everyone was. It made me very excited to start.

I like that there are regular pay reviews so that you don't need to approach and ask for a raise. It is quite structured. Yearly forum where everyone in the company gets together for a weekend and socialises together. I haven't heard of other companies that do this, and think it's a great way to bond with the team.

TPG takes time to train everyone in the company, with refreshers for the veterans and lots for beginners.

Pretty flexible. However, they prefer graduates to be in office so that they get experience.
