Salary at Theta

I am an intern, so I cannot comment on the salary. But I am happy I got paid for the internship.

Only had one pay rise in 3 years (partially due to covid) Company gave a small bonus at the end of year 2 Pay rises are small unless you fight for yourself

I think that the pay is reasonable for an internship but I can't comment on bonuses.

As an intern, Theta pays a living wage. I would like for this to be more, but I understand with the short term nature this is manageable.

Very reasonable for intern project.

Theta will often give employees chances to win gift cards from various internally held competitions. There are also opportunities for employees to be awarded based on their performance/merit.

I have gotten a free lunch from Theta, which was nice.
