The programme gives you the chance to try so many different roles that you wouldn’t get to normally do.

Everything is planned out and organised for the graduates. It's obvious that Transpower has put a lot of effort into ensuring we felt well-supported as we transitioned from students to working in the industry.

The Programme was filled to the brim with courses, events and other opportunities for learning. Knowing that I had backing and help from my supervisors and team members meant that I felt more confident to push myself and try new tasks.

Write down your professional development goals, find role models who aren’t necessarily like you, and draw on a wide variety of conversations and experiences.
