When you join TSA, you become part of a team that is passionate, approachable, and collaborative.  We hire nurses, engineers, finance managers, and project managers to work on Australia and New Zealand’s biggest projects, from rail and roads to skyscrapers and hospitals.

With over 600 employees, we have a common purpose underpinned by our values. Positive impact. TSA is not just about the things we build, but primarily the positive legacy we help generate for the communities in which we work.

If you have ever wondered how some of Australia’s biggest projects get built, come and work at TSA.

Our work means we get to play a beneficial role in the lives of people, creating places to live, learn, work, and enjoy. We provide a diverse range of project consulting services from inception to handover. Most importantly, we deliver with clear communication, integrity, and flexibility.

From advisory services and business cases to audits and strategic procurement, our project consulting and management practices are sophisticated and run from the planning stages right through to delivery and handover.

We help our clients solve problems. We create clarity around goals and help implement them in the most effective ways, using the best people for each unique challenge.

You will work on projects across both property and infrastructure, including schools and universities, hospitals, aged care facilities, commercial buildings, rail and road networks, and much more. Every recommendation, decision, or action we take is chosen because it contributes to the best overall outcome for the project. We’re the glue that connects every phase, every challenge, and every contractor.

As a graduate you will contribute to the advisory and delivery of our great projects, bringing with you, passion, drive, and a ‘can-do attitude. In return, we will invest in your development by providing you access to mentoring and coaching, structured training and support forums as well as hands-on exposure across the project management lifecycle. This will enable you to develop your knowledge, skills, and experience at a pace that supports your career ambitions. Join us.
