Our typical recruitment process is that we receive your CV and University Transcript and our team then reviews it. If you are successful then you will have a 15-minute phone interview with either Keith Patton or Claire Wyatt who are in our People & Culture team. During this, we will learn a bit more about you and explain what is involved in our programmes, along with answering any questions that you may have. The final step involves you having a 30-minute interview with one of our engineering managers here at Vista Group followed by a 30-minute chat with two of our previous successful interns/grads. Successful applicants are motivated, passionate and go-getters.
The base salary range for graduates and interns is at the market rate.
We also offer a 4.5-day working week, with an R&R Friday, finishing at 1 PM throughout the business.
Our interns have a high chance they will be offered to stay at Vista Group after the programme has ended. There is no timeline to get promoted at Vista Group; if you are doing an amazing job then we will notice. Everything depends on the individual; showing skills and excelling at what you do will be recognized.
We have a salary review in December for our employees, which we match to the market.
