There is a huge emphasis on culture in both the workplace and out. There are social groups open to anyone for almost anything you can think of. Sports, Movies, Video games and even a band. All of this works together to create a social atmosphere between colleagues whilst ensuring you can make relationships with those further up the chain of hierarchy and your fellow colleagues. During work hours, no one is too important to talk to or ask quesstions.

It is super good. Everyone is equal it is just ppl has different expertise that has different roles. There is not much of an hierarchy but more like work in a big family. Great vibe and everyone is friendly and you can ask anything to anyone as long as they are not that busy : )
