USA Graduate Positions (Rolling Intake)

International Work Placements Description

• Available to graduates who can depart up to 12 months after graduation, or current students available during your end-of-year University summer break.

• Earning potential ranges from USD$12.50 - $40 per hour (approx. NZ$19 - 62 per hour) with a minimum of 32 hours per week.
• Overtime available for pay @ time and a half.

Eligibility

• Students can be from any study background
• Must be enrolled in at least one year of study, returning to study in 2024, or, have graduated within the last 12 months.
• Graduates have until 12 months after graduation to access the 12-month J1 work & travel visa for USA
  • NZ & Australian passport holders only.

Financial Assistance

The tough part about working abroad is the initial capital costs required to do so. Please be aware of this when applying for this position that visas, flights, and insurance cost.

• Financial assistance available for broke students to get there. Plus they provide support the entire way, the necessary visa sponsorship and guidance, insurance, and fully screened placements.
• Employers can pay upfront costs of up to NZ$6,000 to cover return flights and other costs of the visa program and insurance, students just pay them back out of their pay cheque

Benefits differ from employer to employer but jobs can include discounted or free housing, meals, transfers to and from work, overtime available @ time and a half in US locations
