Culture at Eagle Technology

8.9
8.9 rating for Culture, based on 15 reviews
Please describe your company's culture both in the office and after hours. Let us know about the structure and hierarchy, cooperation and teamwork, and socialising amongst colleagues.
Flexibility to work from home or the office is great! Most of the team are based in the office each week which is very helpful. Everyone is very friendly and happy to help each other out, I feel that I can approach anyone in the office for help.

Very encouraging, friendly environment with understanding for all outside work circumstances, kind and approachable bosses. Sometimes work life and personal life can become extremely enterwined, etc, networking after hours events which is both a positive and a negative.

There is a good culture at Eagle, most colleagues are in a similar age bracket which makes it easier to fit in and socialise with everyone. Colleagues have been very helpful whenever I've needed assistance with work or had any questions.

It has a pretty ideal culture, supportive, friendly, not overly formal. Only 9/10 as we haven't perfected the post-covid syncing up of our team days in the office though not for a lack of attempting to plan this - confident this will come together soon enough.

I think the culture at Eagle is very good and everyone is super nice and friendly, also eagle does a good job at having events and drinks on Friday after work.

In comparison work with local councils, the culture in office has been ranked one of the best I've experienced! I've been very lucky as this is my first job after I've graduated and I appreciate how everyone in the company is supportive. Eagle tend to have a flat structure and hierarchy within a team with one leader in it. Other than that, everyone have their specialized skill within a team and everyone work alongside together to get a project done.

The culture is sociable and very welcoming. There is a large number of people in their 20s who all get along well. Most Fridays people stay and have drinks/play games. Within the support team and the wider Eagle community there is a strong culture of helping each other, all team members are willing to help. The managers are approachable and always open to discuss how you are coping with the workload and what the next steps are for your development.

Could always be improved but we are far from the worst in terms of age, race, and gender diversity.

Friendly, Dynamic, Diverse.

Eagle has great socialisation opportunities for those that want them, with not too much obligation placed on those who don't. Employees are given a good degree of trust and autonomy, and encouraged to work across silos and teams.

Everyone is supportive and easy going, the people are good, pretty positive environment

There is reasonably strong company culture. Although we have recently gone through a period of high growth, which has diluted things a bit. There are 5 different teams within Eagle, all reporting to their own managers, who report to the CEO. Team work between teams is encouraged and everyone is very helpful towards each other if you have queries or need assistance. Socialising between colleagues is great at work.

In the office: nice and kind, everyone is busy but still willing to offer help. After hours: some of us usually gather together, watch movies, have dinner, play board games etc.
