I believe the flat structure we have within the GIS Department has helped made the managers really approachable and could bring up things when needed. Whilst there is still an ongoing framework in the works in Eagle, the internal communication within the team has been excellent! In comparison to my former work, Eagle really step up when it comes to communicating needs/requests with your managers. Things were done in cheerful yet professional manner.

The managers are very easy to approach, they are always willing to meet and are easy to contact via teams/email or in person. They provide regular feedback on your progress and are always happy to let you dedicate time to self-learning and professional development.

There are no issues at all with our managers, they seem to be as much at our level when it comes to anything that would be of concern and seem proactive around issues that affect us. We do get due praise and recognition
