Please provide further information on diversity with respect to women, ethnic minorities and LGBT. Please comment on issues such as recruitment, retention, promotion, child care, maternity leave, etc.
To be honest, I was surprised, there seem to be more women than men, and plenty of other ethnic minorities and LGBT.

My company is very open about embracing diversity within the work place, and makes every employee undertake training on how discrimination and work place bullying is not accepted
