What are your thoughts on pay and bonuses at your company?
It's admittedly worse than some other FMCG companies out there, although they don't hold the promise of such great development, brands, and culture. I would take this over any other grad salary in NZ.

What are your company's best or most unusual perks? For example: free tickets, free dinners, moving expenses, taxis, pension, etc.
Health and wellbeing vouchers, massive amounts of free products, allowance for a home office set up, phone and devices, flexible working, trips away, match us at 4% kiwi saver contribution. Mental health days etc.
