Culture at Theta

Outside of my team, I'm not really sure what the company culture is. But everyone is very nice and friendly.

Although I don't have many chances to meet many people in the company, I enjoy working with the people in my team. Other people I have met through online meeting seems nice too. I also got great support from the mentor and team members. In general, I would say Theta has an excellent work culture.

Great teamwork

The colleagues at Theta maintain a cordial relationship with one another, which makes collaboration an ease. There is a distinct structure to the organization, consultants are staggered according to experience/role, but this doesn't affect the relationship between members, as collaboration occurs between members of all levels.

From what I can tell, Theta has a good company culture. I have experienced a good amount of collaboration and support.

Socialising is good, it is a bit difficult at the moment due to covid. But, overall, everyone is lovely.
