Working Hours at Theta

I think Theta is very flexible on working hours.

Depends on the working efficiency

I usually work from 8 (sometimes earlier) to 5, with a 15 minute lunch break (company allows an hour) by choice

Theta is very flexible with work hours. So long as you meet your weekly targets, you can flexibly work at any hour so long as you have approval from your managers and managers are very understanding.

There is good flexibility in working hours and as an intern, I am not expected to work overtime.

When working from home, there is flexibility around work hours, and understanding around appointments etc. So, this is good.

8hours per day, 8-6 and you can choose your flexible time
