At least in my team, there isn't really a set dress code. I wear anything from jeans and a hoodie to nice outfits. My office is in a great location!

Office spaces are good - multiple offices around the country (New Zealand) Dress code was more formal but has become more casual - Depends on the context of what you're doing that day i.e. meeting clients or just working on internal things

Theta has various offices in New Zealand including Tauranga, Auckland CBD, Wellington and Christchurch. Theta also actively considers where their employees would prefer their offices to be, and there has been inquiries as to where employees would prefer the second Auckland office to be. I find the office facilities to be more than adequate. The dress code is smart casual, veering on casual.

The local office is not too big but is well resourced. It's central and easy to access. Dress code is great - we can wear just about anything as long as it is tidy.
