Graduate opportunities for a Planner and Structural, Civil & Fire Engineers in Tauranga.

From day one we have valued bringing emerging talent into the team as part of a Graduate program and remain committed to helping grow what we call "total property professionals" who can add value on any project they are part of.

Our Grad Experience:

  • No set time-frame, we allow our Graduates to accelerate their career at their own pace.
  • As a proud multi-disciplinary consultancy we support our Graduates learning about other disciplines within the business to start their journey of becoming well rounded consultants from day one.
  • Personalised buddies help get you off on the right start and can support and guide you through the early days of your Graduate experience.
  • We have had great success over the years really stretching our Graduates technical competency with challenging and varied work, meaning you are growing as soon as you step foot in the door.
  • Training program wrapped around softer skills of being a consultant in the property industry.

Graduate Success Stories

  • Graduate stories
I really enjoy stepping outside of my area of expertise and learning about what other disciplines do (for example surveying or fire engineering). The more I learn about other areas, the better I am at seeing a project as a whole product rather than just my civil design elements.

To me what I love most about my job is when I have a problem, and work to find a couple of solutions and provide a good mini presentation to the reviewer/mentor/superior about what I think is correct.
