Our purpose

To support gender balance at all levels in our business by strengthening the influence, leadership, and voice of women within DLA Piper to effect change. To experience that our people, our clients, and our communities have should be of a gender-balanced organisation that lives its values.

We aim for our people to be proud of the Firm and to work with our clients to make business better. 

How will we achieve it?

By creating an inclusive culture where women feel enabled and empowered to be successful and reach their full potential and be confident in their success. We will change behaviours, not in support of equality and balance, and suggest alternative and more inclusive ways of working. Our three areas of focus will be 'the 3C's':
