IRIS Committee - Promoting an inclusive work environment for colleagues who identify as LGBTTQIA+

​​Our Purpose

To promote an inclusive work environment for all of our colleagues. In addition to providing welcoming support, the group serves as a forum and advisory body on matters of concern to the firm's LGBT community members and its allies and supports projects that promote justice for the greater LGBT community.

Goals ​​​​​​

We seek to promote an inclusive work environment for all of our colleagues by organising and encouraging networking opportunities, working jointly with clients on LGBTTQIA+ initiatives, raising awareness, and sharing information and ideas with the firm.

Initiatives

As a Rainbow Tick accredited employer, our IRIS committee works closely with Rainbow Tick to facilitate training and education sessions for the Firm. Sessions we hold include Active Allyship and Rainbow 101, designed to support an inclusive work environment.
