What are your thoughts on pay and bonuses at your company?
Adequate
Graduate, Tauranga
Pay is good for a graduate entry level, there are no bonus's (that I am aware of) but there are bi-annual performance reviews for pay rises. In the first 2 years as a graduate, these pay rises are set already.

The salary package is decent for graduates. We don't receive bonuses per se, but the other perks that come with being an employee contributes to the package - i.e.. 4% kiwis aver contribution from employer, free breakfasts/coffee here and there, and the set salary package is higher than market to take the 'bonus' into account.

Good pay for graduates breaking into the industry

Graduate pay is pretty awesome. There aren't many other companies that will be able to match the pay.
