Gender Equality at Lightspeed

At Lightspeed we are committed to creating spaces so everyone can feel like they belong–especially those that have been historically marginalized.

One way we hope to promote inclusion and belonging is with Lightspeed’s Employee-led Networks (ELNs). 

Our 'Women at Lightspeed' network aims to support all women in our company. We provide leadership and development opportunities and help to foster diversity and equity in our workplace. Employees are welcome to get involved, regardless of their gender identity.

Employee networks create supportive environments and help bring people together, and promote the goals and needs of the diverse communities they serve. They build education and awareness in and around identity spaces while providing safe spaces for those who identify with the community.

We foster employee engagement through events such as lunch-and-learn workshops, panel discussions, mentoring circles, celebrations, and book clubs and help organize internal Diversity Equity and Inclusion events around days of significance.
