Engineering Graduate Programme (Jan 2025)

Vista Group is a New Zealand company with a global presence, uniting a collection of brands offering innovative technology solutions across various sectors of the film industry, including distribution, exhibition, and catering to moviegoers.

As a Vista Group Graduate, you’ll have the opportunity to work in one of our Vista Cinema or Movio areas - the Vista Cinema team will see you working alongside experienced developers on exciting SaaS products like our Vista Cloud solution. Our Movio product offers you the chance to work on projects that make a meaningful impact in the data analytics and campaign management space. This will provide you with a great learning experience and a chance to build relationships with your peers across the business.

You’ll be paired with a buddy from your first day who will show you the ropes, get you acclimated to life at Vista Group, and answer all your questions. We’ll place you into one of our Squads where you will have the opportunity to work with a range of people, products, and technology. This is an opportunity for you to work on real projects and make a real impact!

Our products and brands have different tech stacks that they use. We use various tech stacks across Vista Group, including; C#, .Net 6, Golang, Python, SQL Server, GraphQL, Postgres, and for the front-end Angular/Typescript/React as well as Automated Testing, and Microservices. To deploy and host our services, we use Docker/Kubernetes/Octopus on Microsoft Azure and/or AWS.
