Salary at Vista Group

A great introductory salary for graduates! I am not too what the go is with bonuses nor if everyone is applicable to them.

My pay is high compare to average grad (tech grad) in Auckland. Personally I want more to pay my student loan but I definitely understand my pay is already good enough. Plus the entire market is just recovering from covid so I won't ask more. For bonuses.. I don't think that is included for grads unfortunately

I believe the pay is on the higher end of average for the role and I am very happy with this as a grad it shows that the company really does value the work we do as even new hires
