A bunch of friendly young coworkers who are always understanding and willing to help out. Plenty of social event and always fun to hang out both in and out of work hours.

The culture is great. Everyone understands that they are there to do a job, but understand there is a need for balance. Everyone is always keen to help out and cooperate.

In and out of office culture across Deal Advisory and Corporate Finance is strong. Outside of office hours we often socialize. No hierarchy is really felt in our team

I have become friends with many of the people I work with outside of work which is a credit to the environment that is fostered and the events that are always on.

Lots of fun both at work and social, whole team hangs out together no matter how long you have been at the company.

Many are very sociable, higher-ups are very nice and always smiling and seem approachable. Lots of drinking so if you don't drink then it can feel like you are missing out. everyone I've met are good people to work with

Good culture of like minded people. Similar interests. Outside of work good culture and social aspect is good. managers and above are very interactive and make an effort to engage with lower level staff. Not much interaction with the partners.

The company's culture is great, and is one of the reasons I enjoy working here. There is a great flow with teamwork and cooperation in my team which is great to have, and sociallings amongst colleagues is easy with the amount of events we have on offer.

The companys culture after hours is really good as there is plenty of opportunities for employees to attend social events and having a once a month get together with everyone from the firm is an added bonus as well. However the culture during office hours is lacking a bit as it is very non-thankful for the hard work everyone in the division does for the higher ups.

Inclusive of diversity and strong people focus. Flat structure where all levels work together.
